Dahlia Kutubaru Tunic

Inspired by the Kutubaru Kebaya, this tunic has the signature chest panel of a kutubaru (known as "bef") but is entirely loose and has batwing sleeves. Embellished with pintucks, tone-on-tone hand embroidery and cutwork in the dahlia flower motif.
