Layered Stripe Skirt

A-line skirt with an extra layer on the front, which drapes on the sides. Stripes are created not by printed textile, but actually by individually sewing many strips of plain fabrics together, resulting in a bold look that would be hard to find in any factory printed textiles. The skirt has elastic in the back waist, and side pockets.
