The term High-Low comes from the fashion trend which usually is a skirt, dress or top with a short front and long back (tail). I used the idea on a traditional Kutubaru Kebaya and used a fully hand-drawn batik (tulis) in sea life motif. Part of the Ocean Opulence collection but it’s also a kebaya so it is under the Indische by Rengganis line.
